that last panel has been done for about a week, the real work was just developing a story around it.

eah it cam eup a 12 am here too, I had it set to auto update, I just sort of have to trick the clock setting into releasing it on time. So live on the east coast too, anywhere near boston? and in aswer to your former question, I use a combination of The Gimp 2.0 (http://www.gimp.org ) and MSPaint, the gimp for all the panels and MSPaint to assemble each strip
